Autism Association Annual Report 2023

We are excited that we have more than doubled the number of landmarks included in the trail this year and made it possible for more families to join in the fun! New landmarks included Kings Park, Mia Yellagonga building and Yagan Square in metro Western Australia, Marlston Hill Lookout in Bunbury and Fremantle Prison. In addition, this year’s Light Up the Spectrum trail and photo competition ran over the weekend of the 1 st and 2 nd April, allowing more community members to get involved. A timetable and Google map was developed for the community to follow and share their photos at each landmark using the hashtag #LightUptheSpectrum . This year’s campaign and hashtag was used nationally with Queensland and South Australia joining in. This truly captures the purpose of this initiative and is great to see this campaign reaching across the nation.
